我去年写了一篇文章，名字是《城市详细规划编制方法的探讨》，获河北省优秀论文一等奖，并投稿《城市规划杂志》，被留用，先城市规划杂志通知在第五期发表。要求将摘要翻译成英文，我现在真是不知道怎么翻译了，有哪位同学帮我翻译翻译，以后请客。李明同学该出手就伸伸手啊，以后请你。
摘要：在新形势、新政策的要求下，城市规划本身要求不断的变革，对城市规划编制工作也提出新要求。为了更好的满足有关新政策、市场机制及城市规划变革内在要求，克服现行城市详细规划编制方法中的一些弊端，提出强制性内容图则、控制性详细规划和详细城市设计相结合的详细城市规划编制方法。
